Profile coming soon... Team: 14 Team - Assistant Coach | | | I was introduced to the game of volleyball at age 12 and as soon as I started playing I fell in love with the sport! I started off my first year of club at Odyssey Volleyball Club where I played 14's, 15's then 15's for a second year before moving to Golden Bear Volleyball Club for 16's. I then had my last two years at Xceleration Volleyball club for 17's and 18's. For my high school career at Carondelet High School I played junior varsity my freshman year and varsity my sophomore and junior years. During club and high school I played as an outside hitter/defensive specialist. Through club and high school I grew immensely as a person and as an athlete. | | | | | | | | I am now a communications major at Diablo Valley College. I am a sophomore and enjoying every second of my second year as Libero for the Vikings. I plan on definitely transferring to a four year school with the possibility of playing volleyball at the four year level. | | | | | | | | As a player and now as a coach I deeply understand the meaning of team work. In my opinion there is nothing more special than sharing the love of a sport with a group of others. Having a positive attitude, and a hard work ethic at all times is the most important aspect of developing ones volleyball skills. With that mindset anybody can improve their game. Working together, being competitive and producing wins are all great goals; although being part of a team is much more than just winning but also about the experience and knowledge you gain for the present and future. | | | | | | | | Team | | | | | | | | 14 Teal - (Girls) Antioch/Brentwood | | | | |
