Doubles Tournament - Saturday, February 27th - Thanks so much for the great turn-out for the doubles tournament, it was fun to see players playing with their parents and it seemed as though everyone had a nice time.  We will look into setting up another night for those who had a blast this time and want to try it again AND for those who would like to try it next time.  Have a great day and thanks again!

Diablo 17 Cobra Kai - Junior National Qualifier - Feb 6 and 7

We are so proud of 17 Cobra Kai.  This  weekend they traveled to Waukesha, WI to try to qualify in the Open Division for Junior National that will be held in Austin, TX in July.  After two days of solid playing, they earned their bid.  After talking with Coach Steve, he was so happy with earning the bid and how the team played.  Congratulations to the team and Coach Steve!!!!  We also want to thank the parents the supported the team and allowing them to travel.

Note from Coach Steve today:

Thank you Mr. Edwards for the stats!

Both Brendan and Ricky tore it up.  Brendan hit .690 for the whole weekend along with great blocking and Ricky had his highest overall hitting percentage of the season as well as being the driving force behind our win to take over fourth place.  Add that to the fact that we had our best passing tournament of the year highlighted by Matthew passing a 2.68 and as a team we hit .378 overall it was just a great weekend.

Congratulations to our newly engaged Diablo coaches:

Bryan Mall & Jessica Moore!!!!!!!!
